    Agent FAQs

    One credit is used when a new guide is generated and saved successfully. If generation fails, no credit is used, and retries of the same request are only counted once.

    No. Changing sections, unticking places, editing contact details, re-downloading the PDF and emailing the guide are all free once the guide exists.

    Yes. Saved guides stay in your dashboard and can be emailed to as many buyers or tenants as you like without generating a new one.

    You can still open, download and email existing guides, but you can't create new ones until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing period. There are no overage charges and unused reports don't roll over.

    Rightmove or OnTheMarket listing links, or a typed address in England and Wales. Some datasets (for example Ofsted or the EPC register) only cover certain nations, so some sections may be unavailable for some properties.

    The 7-day trial includes 3 guides. After 7 days your chosen plan starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from your agent dashboard.

    An applicant's email is used to deliver the guide. Applicants are not added to any Offer Smart marketing list.
